Thakurbarite Rabithakurer Gaan ( Songs of Rabithakur in Thakurbari) – the name contains a  disconnect which raises eyebrows. While the practice of Rabithakur's music has been growing from the east to the west of Bengal for more than a hundred years, there was no curiosity about his music in the interior of the Thakurbari. Unraveling this wonder has required a continuous, sincere and honest research. Every page of this book tells the story of how the Poet was able to take his songs forward with the help and participation of many of his family members.
