Return Policy: 

We at The Bengal Store believe in providing you the best of Bengal based products. But if by chance the products don’t satisfy your expectations we also have an easy return and refund policy.

Important note: 

• You must inform us about your wish to return your product within 5 days from the date of delivery and the product should reach our warehouse in 30 days. (To be couriered by the customer at his/her cost which will be reimbursed)  
•  If the product you receive is damaged, drop in a return request. We will provide you with our warehouse address where you can send us the product.
•  The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. 
•  The product should be returned in a well packed box so as to avoid any damage in the transit. 
• The shipping address of TheBengalstore.com should be clearly mentioned on the package to be returned and in complete detail. 

 

Upon receiving the product we will inspect the damage and provide you with an option of either a replacement or a reimbursement. (Note: The delivery cost of the replacement will be completely borne by us)

 

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product has been tampered with in any way.
• The product has been used, washed or changed in any other way.
• Crafts are prone to slight differences in the design, colour and pattern work; therefore we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your reasons for making a return.
• You are requested to enquire about any doubts or clarification that you may have regarding any products before going for the final checkout. Drop in a mail at support@thebengalstore.com and have all your questions cleared in a very short time.
• The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and colour.

 

Order Cancellation: 

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note: 

•  For cancelling an order kindly drop us a mail at support@thebengalstore.com
• The order can only be cancelled if it has not already been shipped.
•  If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount. 
•  However, once the order has been shipped from our storehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side. 

 

Product Disclaimer: 

Most of the products on TheBengalStore are skilfully handcrafted and carefully crafted, and there may be variations in colour and shape of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using and mainly due to the products being carefully handcrafted individually. If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send in a mail at support@thebengalstore.com and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.
