I ordered kuler achar, not tetuler achar

Your delivery had taken more than a week within Kolkata which is not acceptable.

Tamarind Achar , is not at all good in taste and flavour .. You did not used Jaggery , specific fried achar masala , it's only tasting salty and sour , some portion of sugar , your ingredients are not correct .. This Achar is from Bengal , I have a wonderful , experience at home , from my Grandmother , it was very delicious and authentic , which is now vanished from our society .. Sorry ..

Made with very old/dry tamarind and jaggery, so the pickle became tasteless.

More sweet was needed. It is very much tangy and sour.

Could not taste the pickle. The bottle is poorly packaged. While the box arrived intact the bottle was completely broken and had to be discarded. Very disappointing .
